Professional boundaries
- Unless a program is specifically approved or delivered with an authorized credentialing partner, EDMC courses are non-credit professional-development or workplace-readiness programs. They do not confer professional registration, examination eligibility, immigration status or guaranteed employment.
- EDMC does not sell jobs. Recruitment fees should be employer-funded where required by law and ethical recruitment standards. Candidate-paid education or document services must be separately described, transparent and never presented as a guarantee of licensing, immigration or employment.
- Regulators decide professional registration; authorized representatives provide regulated immigration advice; employers make hiring decisions; examination bodies determine eligibility and results.
- Our work focuses on preparedness, systems, training and implementation. Statutory emergency authority and command remain with the responsible public agencies and organizations.
